Women Writing Rage (in-person session)

Women are so often taught to not be angry. We hold it inside, tamp it down, suppress it—but it eats away at us from the inside. There’s a lot to be enraged about in the world. But rage held within often limits our capacity for joy, for whimsy, for ease. Writing our rage—putting it onto paper—which is an essentially creative act—gives the rage form, gets it out of body and allows us some distance from it.

This gentle guided writing session is for women who no longer want to silence their rage but need a supported space to explore it & express it. We’ll hold it safely through reflective writing, creative process, and a contemplative practice to keep us grounded.

(Please note: sharing what you’ve written will not be required.)
