Virtual workshops & gatherings for women who want connection & inspiration while staying rooted at home
Not everyone can travel. Not everyone wants to. And, as we learned when we were all sheltering in place a few years ago, virtual connections are real & sustaining. That’s why we offer options to build community from far-flung places while exploring creativity together.

“[The north]… presents itself to me as the region of beauty and delight. There…we may be wafted to a land surpassing in wonders and beauty every region hitherto discovered on the habitable globe.”
-Mary Shelley
The benefit of virtual offerings
Virgina Woolf famously advocated for women to have “a room of one’s own,” a recognition of the space women need—and so often don’t receive—to be entities unto ourselves, separate from other roles & relationships in our lives.
Another celebrated woman artist, Georgia O’Keefe, wrote about going deliberately to the desert “to accept as true my own thinking.” In both cases, the emphasis is on setting aside a space to connect intentionally with ourselves, our ideas, our desires.
Certainly it’s great to travel somewhere away from home to make that intentional space for self happen. It’s often equally meaningful to make that happen where you actually live. That’s why we offer both options.
